According to reporter Ben Jacobs, Liverpool has restarted Isaac transfer negotiations, and the prerequisite for selling Joe Gomez is to sign Guy.

The reporter revealed: "Liverpool restarted negotiations on Isaac tonight, and the owner of Innewcastle United expressed his willingness to approve the deal. The final decision was made directly by Chairman Yasir Al Rumayan. Isaac is optimistic about completing the transfer on the transfer deadline."

"Liverpool still insists on the first £110 million offer and has never intended to pay close to £150 million. The other party has never quoted them this price. Before the first offer, Liverpool had expressed its preparation to pay about £120 million."

"The negotiations on Mark Guy are still continuing. Unless the Crystal Palace captain officially joins, Liverpool will not approve a potential deal for Joe Gomez to Milan. Guy has now informed Crystal Palace that he hopes to join Liverpool."
