British media "Sky Sports" reported that Crystal Palace continues to hold negotiations with coach Glasner regarding his future at the club.
With Glasner's contract expiring at the end of this season, his long-term future remains unclear. Glasner has yet to make a final decision on whether he will sign an extension or leave when his current contract expires.
The club needs answers from Glasner on his intentions in order to accelerate his own succession planning, but there is currently no sign that the top brass is anywhere near that stage.
Glasner is still going all out to lead Crystal Palace through the intensive schedule from the end of the year to January. Crystal Palace will have games every week between now and early January, with eight games in December alone.
Crystal Palace will play 3 games in the next 5 days, first against Kups on December 19th, an away game against Leeds United on December 21st, three days later an away game against Arsenal in the League Cup quarter-finals, and then a home game against Tottenham on December 29th.
