The Athletic reported that Karim Endo was undergoing a medical examination in Nottingham Forest in London and is about to complete his transfer from Rennes to the Forest. In addition, Forest is also operating the deal to sign Douglas Louis from Juventus and continue to pursue Manchester City's Rico Lewis.

The Athletic reported on Thursday that Forest is negotiating about £26 million transfer fees, but has not submitted a formal offer. The forward signed a five-year contract when he joined Rennes from Paris Saint-Germain in 2022, with two years left in the contract. As a member of the French silver medal team at the 2024 Paris Olympics, he scored 18 goals in 34 games last season.

Douglas Luis transferred to Juventus from Aston Villa a year ago, with a total of 27 appearances. The Athletic revealed on Friday that Forest is pushing for the deal to sign Lewis. The 20-year-old who can be the right back, left back and midfielder, made 48 appearances for Manchester City in various competitions last season, contributing 2 goals and 5 assists.

The Athletic reported on Thursday that Forest has reached an agreement on signing Manchester City's McCarty with £30 million and has agreed with Ipswich on Omari Hutchinson's transfer with a club record of £37.5 million. With the Sports Arbitration Tribunal confirming Forest on Monday to qualify for the UEFA Cup, the club is eager to return to the European Cup before the war after 30 years.
