Tips to prevent baby's clothes from pilling

Pilling clothes is one of the particularly troublesome things, especially for the clothes worn by the baby. Once the pill is pilled, it will have a certain impact on the baby's skin. So what tricks can prevent the baby's clothes from pilling.

1. Anti-pilling method for sweaters:

(1) When washing, put the sweater inwards and faces the outside to reduce the friction on the surface of the sweater and prevent the sweater from pilling.

(2) Wash your sweater with shampoo to make your sweater soft and natural.

2. Sweater trimmer:

Sweater trimmer has high sharpness and has the function of absorbing hair and will not let the hair fade during use. The wool ball collection box is easy to pour, and a free cleaning brush is provided. It can effectively remove the fur on the surface of the clothing, keep the fur on the clothes from being damaged, and keep the clothes as new as ever, and will never affect the beauty of the clothes. The removed fur balls have special containers to store, which is clean and beautiful, and is a good helper for neat clothes.

In addition, the following methods are also good tips:

1. When wearing it, the sweater and the clothes inside and outside should be smooth.

2. When using fine branch wool wool yarn (cashmere type), mercerized wool yarn, and tensil series wool yarn, the knitting density should be appropriately increased and the flower shape should be less braided.

3. If you have special anti-pilling needs, it is recommended to purchase pure plush threads made of blended and thick and long wool.

4. Remove and wash frequently, usually re-brand once every 2-3 years. Use neutral detergent or soap powder when washing, and the water temperature is below 50℃. Do not rub and twist it, spread it flat and dry it.

Causes of pilling baby clothes

The pilling of baby clothes mostly occurs in wool, polyester/wool and cotton fabrics, but more often in polyester/cotton or polyester/viscopy blend textiles.

polyester/cotton or polyester/viscope blended textiles are popular with users for their durability, aesthetics and comfort. Due to the friction during penetration and washing, the staple fibers can easily be brought to the surface, thus forming small balls.

Theoretical reasons for pilling staple fiber clothing are as follows:

1. The hairs are tangled into a ball, and connected to the surface of the fabric by fixing the fibers;

2. The fibers are stretched to the surface of the fabric due to mechanical action and form hairs;

3. During the friction, washing, wearing and cleaning, continuous mechanical action causes the ball to fall off.

Any staple fiber will be pilled, and polyester staple fiber is the most serious. This is mainly due to the strong strength and high bending resistance of polyester, which makes the formed ball not easy to fall off the fibers, and the static electricity of polyester can easily absorb foreign particles and cause pilling.

Fiber length and fineness, hairy and loose yarn, single yarn, weaving type, and the type of finishing agent used will all prompt the fiber to pill. Therefore, various fibers, yarns and fabrics will cause pilling.

In addition, the baby is naturally active and often rubs clothes in daily life, so it is not surprising that the baby's clothes are easy to pill.
