Official news, Chelsea appointed Dave Fallows as a member of the club's sports leadership team, with a contract until 2031.
In his new role, Dave Farosov will be responsible for the football development area, focusing on scouting and data analysis, player loans and player development pathways, as well as the overall development and improvement of the football team.
The athletic leadership team is led by joint athletic directors Lawrence Stewart and Paul Winstanley, and also includes Sam Jewell and Joe Shields. Dave Fallows will work closely with them as part of the club’s integrated football leadership structure.
