Before the World Cup preliminaries against Serbia, England coach Tuchel said in an interview with ITV that every player has a chance.
On whether those players who were not selected for the England team squad have no chance of being selected.
Tuchel: "We only have the last training session left. There are not many opportunities to try out the new lineup, but every player has a chance. They compete in the best league in Europe, and their performance and attitude will always be rewarded."
On how close Welbeck is to returning to the Three Lions
Tuchel: "It's very close. I think even if I don't know him, I know it. What he can bring to the team. Do I really need to watch again in November? I feel like I already know what he can bring to the team."
On Watkins' absence
Tuchel: "We gave Watkins a break because he has been injured recently. Why take the risk?"
How do you think England compares to other World Cup winning teams?
Tuchel: "I'm afraid there will be some strong teams competing with us, and we need to make sure we are fully prepared. Yesterday's training session was very good, and now we have a strong lineup and will face the Serbian team who desperately need a victory. For them, this will be like the final."
Is training as important as the game?
Tuchel: "We didn't have many training sessions. We came here on Tuesday and most of the players participated in the game on Sunday. We only had one training session, which was very rich in content. The players' level and level of commitment were also very good, which made me feel very good."
"As Coach, I'm very excited to see the state they're in and the enthusiasm they have coming into training camp and their desire to make this team. That's what I hope to see and I hope we can show that spirit again."
Do you want to continue coaching after the World Cup?
Tuchel: "The media asked me this question and I answered politely. Now we focus on the game."
