Every week, the list of "Top Ten Must-Buy Snacks" and "Top Ten Must-Buy Medicines" will be updated online, especially when traveling to Japan and the United States, and will also be instructed by friends to purchase hot snacks and health foods on behalf of others. Although it is exciting to fight blood, if you purchase it in excess, be careful to mist the rules!

Swalking and goods must be divided into limited quantities of food entry

According to the provisions of the Food Safety and Hygiene Management Law, when exporting goods are returned, there are upper limits on value, quantity and weight. For example, the value of a single product of food cannot exceed US$1,000, and the weight of the single product shall not exceed 6 kg. Those who exceed the limit must apply to the Food and Drug Administration for entry and import can only be approved.

In order to ensure the food safety and health of the people, the above war spoils are only for personal use, or sent to relatives, friends, and the head of the house. No one can be transferred online again. If the food that has not been transferred through the government's inspection, it will be charged NT$30,000 to NT$3 million.

In addition to food, the most common spoils also include medicines. Currently, it is stipulated that the entry of non-regular medicines is limited to 12 bottles, and the total amount does not exceed 36 bottles (boxes, cans, strips, and sprouts). If you buy eye medicine water and post it with pain, you will also be subject to this restriction.

But in recent years, more and more cases have shown that it is obvious that when you buy health care "foods" abroad, it is listed as "pharmaceuticals" when you return to Taiwan, different regulations must be applied. For example, although the "memory gum" that was popular in Japan is a food product, it is a drug management in Taiwan because it contains silver apricot leaf extract. In addition to apricot leaves, "sleep soft sugar" containing melatonin, nutrient supplements containing "lipoic acid", and glucosamine containing "salt sulfate" may be classified as medicines in Taiwan, and the relevant regulations are more stringent than foods.

In fact, the drug management regulations in different countries are different. Drugs and health foods from abroad do not really suit you. It is recommended to review and then replenish them through the suggestions of professional doctors and pharmacies. In addition, the medicines brought from abroad often do not have Chinese labels. It is difficult for ordinary people to understand the correct dosage, use, taboos and side effects. Taking them casually will easily cause harm. Never buy and use them because of the popularity.
