
The American Orthopedic Association said that 86% of Americans take at least one vitamin health care, but a study published in the "Annual Journal of Institutional Medicine" pointed out that most vitamins and nutrients are not as helpful as people want to maintain mental health and prolong their lives. Only folate and fish oil are worth buying.
The research team analyzed 227 clinical experiment plans and 15 nutrients, including antioxidants, β-Hussin, Vitamin B complex, various vitamins, vitamin A, vitamin B3 (smoked acid, niacin), vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D, calcium, "calcium and vitamin D complex", leaf acid, iron and ω-3 fatty acids.
